The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979,

1651" is amended by removing the Zone Designation of RM-2 assigned

Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block "R", District Lot 289, Group l,

Plan 2118 "A", New Westminster District;

assigning the Zone Designation of RM-4 to the said property.

District Lot 289, Group 1, Plan 2118 "A", New Westminster District;

This property is located at 2378/82 Wilson Avenue and it is
expected that a 22~unit three storey apartment building will

be constructed ‘on the property following completion of the

rezoning procedures. It is anticipated that underground parking

for 33 cars will be provided with access from Wilson Avenue.
