The Municipal Council of Th: Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. on Monday, September
25th, 1978 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend
the "Caty of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918":

By-law No. 1622: to provide revised regulations respecting the

permitted uses of "GROUP DAY CARE" and "NURSERY SCHOOL" in the

RS-1 (One~Family Residential) and RS-2 (One-Family Suburban

Residential) zones.

All property in the City zoned RS-1 (One~Family Residential) and

RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential) will be affected by the

‘proposed amendments.

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the
City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the
hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - on working days ~ from September 14th, to

September 25th, 1978.

° All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed by-laws shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the by-laws.
