The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coguitlam

will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall,

2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, July 28th, 1975 at 7:30 p.m.

to consider the fellowing proposed By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918":
BY-LAW No. 1390: To rezone:
(a) The South 128' of Parcel A (Explanatory Plan 12513) of
Lot 4, North-east Quarter of Section 6, Township 40, Plan
7975, New Westminster District

(b) The South 128' of Parcel B (Explanatory Plan 16785) of

Lot 4, North-east Quarter of Section 6, Township 40, Plan

7975, New Westminster District

(c) The South 128' of that part of Lot 4, North-east Quarter

of Section 6, Township 40, Plan 7975, New Westminster District
of which Markan Enterprises Ltd. is the Registered Owner pursuant
to Certificate of Indefeasible Title No. J88761E

from RS—2 (One~Family Suburban Residential) to RS-1 (One~Family Residential).

This property is lucated on the “orth side of the 700 block Prairie Avenue
‘and presently has the civic addresses of 777, 783, and 791 Prairie Avenue
and it is expected that four (4) residential lots will be created on the
Property proposed to be rezoned following completion of the rezoning

procedures,

A copy,of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the
City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Nall, at the address given above, between the hours
of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - on working days = from July 17th to July 28th, 1975.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the proposed

by-law shall be afforded an Opportunity to be heard at the Public Rearing on matters
contained in the By~law.
