All and singular that certain place, parcel or tract of land and premises situate,
lying and being a portion of Lot 336 of the South East Quarter, Section 6, Township
‘40, New Westminster District as shown on registered plan 40136. And which, may be
more particularly described as follows.

Commencing at the North West corner of said Lot 336,

‘Thence on a bearing of S 00-19-10 W following the West boundary of said Lot 336,

a distance of 67.18 feet, more or less, to the South West corner of said Lot 336,
Thence on a bearing of S$ 39-43-00 E following the South boundary of said Lot 336,

a distance of 66.00 feet,

“Thence on a bearing of N 00-19-10 E, parallel to the West boundary of said Lot 336,

a distance of 67.10 feet, more or le-s, to an intersection with the Nerth boundary
of said Lot 336,
Thence on a bearing of N 89-39-00 W, following the North boundary of said Lot 336,
a distance of 66.00 feet, more or less, to the point ef commencement,
And containing 0.102 acres, more or less.
THAT the Subdivision Plan of a portion of the South-east Quarter Section 6, Township 40,
New Westminster District prepared by Walter E. Frith, B.C.L.S., and sworn correct by him
- on the Seventeenth day of November, 1972 and wherein Lots 168, 169, and 1970 are created

be signed by His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk and the Corporate Seal be affixed

thereto; ae ; ;

AND THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be further authorized to executé the aecessary deeds

or other documents as required for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal

thereto."
