Spring Gallery

We did it! The Spring Gallery officially opened with a
Group exhibition on March léth. The next exhibition is
"Ceramic Sculpture" featuring Denys James, Bill Rennie,
Debra Sloan and Ron Zawatsky. Opening Monday evening,
April 2nd, 7-9 p.m.

Please note: The following exhibition openings have been
re-scheduled:-

Pottery Great & Small Tuesday, April 17th 7-9 p.m.
Byron Johnstaad & Gordon

Hutchens Tuesday, May lst 7-9 p.m.
Wayne Ngan Tuesday, May 15th 7-9 p.m.

Again, the media has been very supportive. CHQM announced
the Spring Gallery opening on "Man about Town", CAVU on

the early edition of the News, and several other radio, TV,
and newspaper announcements have been heard and seen.

A local art gallery has been inspired by the Spring Gallery
and have indicated a strong interest in having a Ceramics
exhibition in the near future. Some buyers from Vancouver
Island Gift and Gallery shop were impressed with the work
displayed and have requested the names and phone numbers

of individual potters. Many tourists, particularly Ontario,
have visited the Gallery and purchased pots to take home.
