1-4/2 pounds fresh
asparagus
! teaspoon butter
¢ tablespoons Cheese
Epgstra
1/2 cup cold water or milk
¢ eggs
Wash and trim asparagus.
Cut into, l-inch (2.5 cm)
pieces. Cook in boiling salted
water § minutes until tender
crisp. Lightly grease a 4 cup
(1 L) shallow baking dish
with butter. Spread
asparagus itt prepared dish."

6 large baked tert sheils
1/3 cup apple jelly

Whipped Cream,

Slice plums and apricots.
Sprinkle with Fruit-Fresh,
Toss well to coat each slice.
Cream cheese well: beat in

Arrange plum and apricot

1/2 cup water ,
J teaspoon Frult-Fresh
ascorbic acid

* 2/2 cupoatmeal.

i/4 cup brown sugar

i/4 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon ginger

3 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons chopped

almonds ‘

Cut pears in half and core.

Place cut side up in a shallow

baking dish. Dissolve Fruit-

Fresh in water and pour over
