Mr. Wes McKay, 1748 Pitt River Road inquired as to the type of
building and whether or not it would be facing Pitt River Road or Cameron
Avenue. The Director of Community Flanning answered that he was not
aware of the type of duplex but felt it most probably would face Cameraon
: Avenue.

Mrs. Marg Citlis, 3481 Wellington Street asked if application for
Strata Title had been app!ied for. The Director of Community Planning
replied that it is not required at this stage.

The Public Hearing adjourned at 7:55 p.m. .
