SCHEDULE I

SCHEDULE OF PERMITTED LAND USE:
The aforementioned property shall be restricted to:
1, The following uses permitted under the "Corner Store (C-i) Zone":
a. Retail sale of groceries, meat, fish, and bakery goods within one floor; and
2. The following uses permitted under the "Neighbourhood Commercial (C-2) Zone":
a. Retail sale of goods and personal services providing for daily shopping 2eeds of local
neighbourhood residents, providing that no single store exceeds 250 square metres

(2,700 square feet) of gross floor area.

Business and professional offices, limited to a total of 230 square metres (2,500
square feet) of combined gross floor area. | ; ;

Cafes, restaurants and food take-out services (excluding drive-in restaurants), limited
to a total of 50 seats per establishment. | | |

Commercial education and instruction services; and

Family daycare, group daycare, out of school daycare, nursery and child minding.
