That Council direct the City Clerk to amend Bylaw #1117 to include a playground zone
designation on Fraser Avenue from 1072 Fraser to Ellis Drive and on Ellis Drive from Fraser

Avenue to Laburnam Avenue.

As noted in the attached memorandum dated March 16, 1994 from the Project Technician, there
is a large number of children using Fraser Avenue and Ellis Drive near Cedar Park. It is
therefore recommended that Fraser Avenue from 1072 to Ellis Drive and Ellis Drive from Fraser
Avenue to Laburnam Avenue be designated as a playground zone. |
