BYLAW NQ. 2766
A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more
particularly described as:

Lot K and L

District Lot 289.

Group One

Plan 16741

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) and the Zoning
Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect
this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Armendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2766".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Ist day of March, 1993.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 1st day of March, 1993.

Public Hearing held this 22nd day of March, 1993.

Intent of the Bylaw:

To permit the development of a 25 unit apartment building.
