That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lot K and L District Lot 289. Group One Plan 16741 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
