Building Department: A Building Bylaw review will be done at the time of the building permit application. Fire Department, Parks and Recreation and R.C.M.P.: No comments. DISCUSSION: Lot B of the proposed aubdivision is shown to be deficient in lot depth by 3 meters, a Development Variance Permit is therefore being requested to relax the minimum lot depth for thia lot. The Official Community Plan states that "infill subdivision and development of small pocketa of vacant land in budlt up areas will be encouraged", therefore support for thia application is appropriate. However, the alignment given for the new road will have implications for the future subdivision of the balance of the block. Prior to introduction of a Zoning amendment bylaw the applicant should attempt to reach a congensus as to this alignment involving all affected neighbours.
