NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam has the intention of selling those certain parcels of land in Port
Coquitlan, British Columbia which are more particularly described as:

Lot 19, Block 16, Pian 2080; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and a 303 square meter
portion of Lot 5, Block 3, Plan 1879; and a 1049 square meter portion
of Block 4, Plan 9841; all in District Lots 174 and 289, Group One, New

Westminster District.

This property is located on Reeve Street just north of Pitt River Road.

In the event that the foregoing lands are offered for sale, the lowest
price which will be accepted for them is $148,935.00 and the closing date for
the sale shall be no later than April 20th, 1990.

If any person desires any further information regarding Council's
tntention to sell these lands, or would like to make any proposal for the
acquisition of them, please contact the undersigned on oF before 12:00
o'clock Noon, on the 18th day of January, 1990.
