If the Lessee shall hold over and after the expiration of the term
hereby granted and the Lessor shall accept rent, the new tenancy
thereby created shall be a tenancy om month to month and shall be
subject to the covenants and conditions vein contained, and the rent
may be increased by the Lessor and monthly tenancy terminated by
either party in accord with the law. of the Province of British
Columbia for residential tenancies,

bedy politic or corporate; also the heirs, executors, administrators,
