CATEGORY C - This category represents a ball park estimate done without benefit
of design. These would typically be the kind of estimates given
off the cuff or with minimal lead time in response to a question
from Counci| or the Public Works Committee. Reliability of these
estimates would be plus or minus 50% for smal! projects and pius or
minus 25% for large projects.

Category System for Estimates, be referred to The Administration Committee and

West of 1170 Prairie Avenue.

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are rot required for municipal purposes
nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. Parcel "A" (Bylaw Plan 74824) Section 6 Township 40, New Westminster
District Plan 20309, located west of 1170 Prairie Avenue, Port Coquittam,

B.C. be sold to Mihaly Math and Gyorgyi Math, 1170 Prairie Avenue, Port
Coquitiam, B.C. V3B 1S6 at or for the price or sum of $2,440.00.

The Adjustment date be December 31st, 1987 or earlier.

The Possession date be December 31st 1987 or earlier.

4. The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary for
the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

SUBJECT :

1. To the registration of a statutory right-of-way over the property {in favour
of the City for Sanitary Sewer purposes.

2. The consolidation of the property aforesaid with the property lying
immediately east thereof, being 1170 Prairie Avenue.
