Moved by Alderman Laking;: Seconded by Alderman Kery luk: WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are rot required for municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated; NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that: 1. Parcel "A" (Bylaw Plan 74824) Section 6 Township 40, New Westminster District Plan 20309, located west of 1170 Prairie Avenue, Port Coquittam, B.C. be sold to Mihaly Math and Gyorgyi Math, 1170 Prairie Avenue, Port Coquitiam, B.C. V3B 1S6 at or for the price or sum of $2,440.00. The Adjustment date be December 31st, 1987 or earlier. The Possession date be December 31st 1987 or earlier. 4. The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto. SUBJECT : 1.
