BYLAW NO. 215]

A Bylaw to stop up and close to traffic a portion of
road shown dedicated on Plan 2111 of District Lots

. 231 and 232, Group One, New Westminster District
; in the City of Port Coquitlam,

WHEREAS pursuant to Clause (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 578 of the "Municipal
Act, being Chapter 290 of the revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, the
Municipal Counci | may by bylaw Stop up and close to traffic a highway or any portion
of a highway;

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Counci| of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam
deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway hereinafter
described be stopped up and closed to traftie;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Counc} | of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam,

in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1 All that portion of road shown dedicated on Plan 2111 of District Lots 231 and
232, Group One, New Westminster District included within the heavy outline ona
reference plan certitied by Robert M. Reese, British Columbia Surveyor on the 4th
day of December 1985, a copy of which is attached hereto;

Is hereby stopped up and closed to traffic,

2. This bylaw may be cited for al| Purposes as the "Harbour Street (Plan 2111) Road
Closure Bylaw, 1985, No. 2151",
