A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitiam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hall on Monday, December 9th, 1985, at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M, Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D,
Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R, Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R, Wright in
attendance. | . : ; :

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk
R.A. Freeman, City Engineer F.E, Peters, P, Eng., City Treasurer J,
Maitland, and Director of Community Planning w. Brown.

That the minutes of the Regular Counci | Meeting held on November
25th, 1985 and the minutes of the !naugural Meeting held ‘on: December

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Ms. Alice P. Jeffrey,

President, B.C. Indian Days Festival! Management Committee, who then made
a presentation to Counci| regarding the B.C. Indian Days Festival to be
held August 9 - 18, 1986 in Coquitlam, B.C.
