These properties are located on the north side of the 1400 Block Prairie
Avenue between Ulster Street and Toronto Street (including the lane allowance
immediately north of Prairie Avenue between Ulster Street and Toronto Street
which it is proposed to be closed to traffic and incorporated into the
development proposed). I+ is expected that upon completion of the rezoning
procedures a commercia! building will be constructed on the property.

Mr. Bob Boileau, 3241 Toronto Street was present and advised he was
in favour of the proposed rezoning and requested that the garbage
container for the development be fenced.
