Schedule "B" being the Notice of Sale of the Land dated the
23rd. day of March, 1983

Schedule "C" being the Section 215 Covenant providing for the
provision of- sufficient parking spaces for the Land and
Providing for an additional cash payment of $18,525.00 and an
additional monthly payment of $427.50 as payment therefore.

The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to affix the
Corporate Seai of the City to all documentation necessary to
convey the City's interest in the Land to the Legion on the
terms and. conditions contained -herein and, without restricting
the generality of the foregoing, to obtain in favour of the
City a Section 215 Covenant in the form attached as Schedule

True copies of the Schedules "A" "Bt" and "Ct herein before
mentioned are recorded In the Agenda for the regular meeting
of the Municipal Council of the City held on June 13th, 1983.

That the City of ‘Port Coquitiam concur with the District of
Coquitlam's recommendations regarding the Justice Building Trailer
~ R.C.M.P. Office Accommodation as follows: a

That the tenders recelved from Pitt Stop: Motors.Ltd. and.

Kempenfeidt Holdings Ltd. be rejected;

That the certified cheques submitted by the bldders be
returned;

That the Purchasing Agent monitor the market from time to time
with a view to again placing the trailer out to public tender.

SUBJECT TO the City of Port Coquittam Purchasing Agent also
being involved.
