-~-2- Council members will recognize the Road Exchange Bylaw No. 1907 refers to property in the same area and the City will be receiving $95,275.00 under the terms of that Bylaw. These two amount ~ $46,138.00 and $95,275.00 - total $141,413.00 and when this tetal price is divided by the total 44,893 sq- ft. of property involved in both transactions of closed road and 14 Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1908 has not yet been presented to the Council for consideration but we expect that it will be placed before the Council for first two readings on May 17th, 1982 with the required Zoning Public Hearing to follow on May 3lst, 1982. Barring any unforseen complications we can not see any problem —- at least in so far as the City is concerned - in complying with the July 20th, 1982 completion date.
