JAN 26 1976 DRAFT RESOLUTION WHEREAS it is deemed desirable by the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam to include Douglas Island and its adjacent foreshore area within the boundaries of the said City; AND WHEREAS the procedure to effect such object is set forth in Section 21 of the Municipal Act; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: 1.
