shall agree, provided however, that all of the adver-
tising units shall be and remain the sole and exclu-

sive property entitlement of the Lessee herein.

It is understood and agreed by and between the Parties
hereto respectively that all advertising material
respecting or dealing with alcohol or tobacco products
are hereby expressly prohibited and shall not be placed

in the demised premises.

The Lessee further agrees to, and shall erect and
install one (1) Challenger Scoreboard Clock, Model
No. H-3214-4-10PT, in each Arena, and one (1)

Read-O-Graph Marquee in the lobby common to both

Arenas, and IT IS HEREBY DECLARED AND AGREED that the

Lessor shall have the exclusive right-.to purchase each
and both of the said Scoreboard Clocks and the
Read-O-Graph Marquee on or after the Ist day of July,
A.D. 1979, upon payment to the Lessee of the sum of
One ($1.00) Dollar for each said Scoreboard Clock

and One ($1.00) Dollar for the said Read-O-Graph Marquee.

The Lessee shall have the further exclusive right,
benefit and entitlement to the use and the placement
of all advertising areas and surfaces as shall be sold
and agreed to by and between the Parties hereto, and,
without limiting the generality of the foregoing, said
areas and surfaces as shall be cn or around the ice
perimeter bcards, or on or about the chattels known

as “Zamboni" ice cleaning machines, and the surface
area on, about or surrounding the face of any clock or
score-keeping devices which. may now or hereafter be.
located in or about the demised premises, provided
however that no advertising displays shall be placed
by the Lessee on any coffee bar equipment or other

related food vending machines in or about the demised

premises.
