A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law,

1969, No. 918". :

The Municipal Council'of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
il. Subsection (1) of Section 202A of the “City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" as enacted by the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1970, No. 1012" is amended
by inserting the following therein as Section (q):
"(q) i. Lot 395, South-west Quarter Section 6, Township 40,
Plan 44683, New Westminster District.
Lot 3, Lot F, South-west Quarter Section 6, Township
40, Plan 16087, New Westminster District, Except those
Parts shown subdivided on Plan 37515. _
Lot 4, Lot F, South-west Quarter Section 6, Township 40,
Plan 16087, New Westminster District.
Lots 28-42, inclusive, Block C, South-west Quarter Section
: 6, Township 40, Plan 2289, New Westminster District.
‘vy. Parcels G & H, (By~law Plan 47811), South-west Quarter
Section 6, Township 40, Plan 2289, New Westminster
District.
Parcel F, (By-law Plan 47811), South-west Quarter Section

2. This By-law may be cited for ail purposes as the "City of Port
Coquitlan Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1975, No. 1369".
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Fourteenth day of
April, 1975. 7
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Fourteenth day of
April, 1975.
Read a third time by the Municipal Council this Fourteenth day of

April, 1975. .
Public Hearing not required to be held pursuant to Section 702A(2)
