BYLAW NO. 2792

MAY
WHEREAS pursuant to Section 985 of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 290, R.S.B.C., 1979,
the Council established Statutory Reserve Funds;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to expend a portion of the monies set aside in the
Reserve Funds;

NOW THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The sums hereinafter specified are hereby appropriated from the respective Reserve Funds
to be expended from the following purposes for the year 1993:

Public Works Special Capital $ 175,000.00
Road Development Cost Charges 1,498,000.00
Water Area #2 Development Cost Charges 73,100.00
Tax Sale Reserve 9,023,100.00
Fire Equipment Replacement 22,000.00)
Public Works Equipment Replacement 525,300.00
Park Equipment Replacement 78,500.00
Park Development Cost Charge Interest 121,000.00
General Future Capital 104,150.00
Water Future Capital 31,100.00
Sewer Future Capital 119,200.00
Building Maintenance 207,000.00
Dyking and Drainage 60,000.00

Should any of the above amounts remain unexpended after the expenditures hereby
authorized has been made, any unexpended balances shall be returned to the credit of the
specified Reserve Fund.

This Bylaw muy be cited for all purposes as the "Statutory Reserve Funds Expenditure
Bylaw, 1993, No. 2792”.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 10th day of May, 1993.
Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 10th day of May, 1993.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
