Enployeea working overtime which ends within eight hours of
their next regularly scheduled shift shall receive eight (8)
hours consecutive time off without losa of pay.

Employees on callout shall receive eight (8) consecutive hours
time of f without loss of pay unless the callout commencea three
(3) hours or lese from the start time of their regularly
scheduled shift.

Sub-section (2) applies only if the number of hours the
employee works exceeds two hours.
