Amendment Bylaw No. 2295, 2303, 2504, 2305, 2306 and 2307 Considered at Public Hearing Earlier This Evening. The above noted Zoning Amendment Bylaws, considered at a Zoning Public Hearing held earlier this evening, are available for third reading. Council policy requires the Clerk to bring the availability of these bylaws for third reading to the attention of the Council at this time. The Council may now decide whether it wishes to give third reading immediately or delay it until fhe next meeting so that any representations made at the Hearing can be fully considered. in order to preserve the judicial nature of the procedure by which Counci! gives consideration to requests for rezoning it is not possible for further representations from the applicant or the public to be received now that the Public Hearing has been adjourned.
