BYLAW NO. 2255

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitiam ™
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, Mo. 2240".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as foliows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated In Port Coquitlam, British Columbla which is
more particularly deserlbed as:

The northerly 2.9587 ha of Lot "A"
Distric* Lot 340

Group One

Reference Plan 71846

New Westrinster District

As shown on Schedule "A" hereof

is hereby rezoned from RS=3 (Estate Residential) to RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) y
and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby if

amended to reflect this rezoning.

That certain parcel of land situated In Port Coquitiam, British Columbia which js
more particularly described as:

The southerly 0.3163 ha of Lot "A"

District Lot 340

New Westminster District

As shown on Schedule "Al hereof

of the "Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" Is hereby amended to reflect

this rezoning.

3, The area extent of the rezonings referred to In Section 1 and Section 2 is shown
as the attached Schedule "A" which Is an Integral part of this Bylaw.

4, This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2255".
