ReZoning Applications 32~71 (Richard Sub-
division - Pooley - Taylor and Knappen &
34-71 ~ 1691 Pitt River Road.

The above rezoning applications were considered by the Council
in December 1971, application 32-71 was refused and application 34-71 was

deferred pending receipt of information from the Greater Vancouver Water

Board and from the consulting engineer with respect to the water supply to

this area.

At that time Council also-asked for confirmation from the School
Board that the schools in the area could support the estimated forty homes

involved in the two subdivisions. Attached is a letter from the School

Board with the information requested.
