He was also stationed in Sandspit, Duncan and Fort St, John. In 1969, back to Terrace as district manager, Sandhals was promoted to area manager. in 1984. - Now. that he’s retired, Sandhals plans to work on some unfinished projects and hob- bies. I’ma jack-of-all-trades, and my children who are living in the area, are always looking. for a handyman, he said. Sandhals has received a gift of a gold pen with. his name inscribed on it from B.C. ‘Hydro.
