A map entitled "Schedule B - Floodplain Management" has been prepared to provide the habitable flocr elevations agreed upon by the Ministry of Environment for all development within the flocdplain. This schedule is attached and will form part of the Zoning Bylaw. The proposed Zoning Bylaw amendments will enable the City to require that all new residential development, or developments that contain habitable space, be floodproofed.
