Thia project da lecated in the Rivecwood Area. The project ta comprised
of RM~3 (Townhouse Apartment) and RM-4 (Apartment).

The total site area of the project ia 42,199.62 sq. m. (10.427 acres).
The RM~3 (Townhouse) portion is 33,260.82 sq. m (8.2 acres) and is proposed to
have 98 unite (52 ~ 1,719 aq. ft. unite, 10 ~ 1,609.5 aq. Ft units and 36
1,589.5 BQ. ft. units).

The gite area for the RMS (Garden Apartments) portion of the project ia
8,936.8 sqe m. (2.208 acres) and 4s proposed to have 53 unita (16 - 1,650 aq
ft., two-bedroom plus den; 3 = 1,675 aq. ft., two-bedroom plus den; 26 ~ 1,060
aq. ft., one-bedroom plus den; and 8 ~ 1,086 eq. ft., one-bedroom plus den).

There will be 196 resident parking spaces and 22 visitor parking spaces in
the RM«3, ‘The resident parking will be located in two-car garages and the
visitor parking will be located throughout the site, aufficient parking to
seatiafy the Bylaw requirementa.

In the KMe=4 there will be 117 parking spaces located in an underground
structure, thig exceeds the bylaw requirement of 80 resident spaces and 11
visitor spaces.

The drawings show a relaxation for windows to a habitable room which can

be supported as there will be approximately 50 feet between the townhouse site
aud the garden apartments.

The townhouses are 2 storey and 3 storey plus attic; the height of the
garden apartments is 2 storey. Site coverage ia 34.75% for RM-3 and 48.52%

for the RM~4; the maximum permitted is 35% for RM-3 and 50% for RM~4 with
underground parking. ;
