The RM~3 (Townhouse) portion is 33,260.82 sq. m (8.2 acres) and is proposed to have 98 unite (52 ~ 1,719 aq. ft. unite, 10 ~ 1,609.5 aq. Ft units and 36 1,589.5 BQ. ft. units). The gite area for the RMS (Garden Apartments) portion of the project ia 8,936.8 sqe m. (2.208 acres) and 4s proposed to have 53 unita (16 - 1,650 aq ft., two-bedroom plus den; 3 = 1,675 aq. ft., two-bedroom plus den; 26 ~ 1,060 aq. ft., one-bedroom plus den; and 8 ~ 1,086 eq. ft., one-bedroom plus den).
