RESOLUTION:
That as recommended by the Director of Planning in his memorandum of September 21st, 1992
the Voluntary Development Variance Permit be issued for 1202 Cedar Drive.

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of September 14th, 1992 the owners
and residents of property surrounding the subject properties have been advised that Council are
considering issuance of this Voluntary Development Variance Permit on October 19th, 1992.
Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be corisidered by the Council and
a decision reached as to whether or not the Development Variance Permit should be issued.
