“inister of Energy, Mines and Resources of Canada, and -by the Government of

the Province of British Columbia, represented by the Honourable Ray

referred to as the “federal-Provincial Agreement");

AND WHEREAS the Local Authority has made application to the

province for the implementation of a program for the improvement of exist~

ing and construction of new flood control work within. its jurisdiction

under the Federal-Provincial Agreement,
