That City Council adopt a resolution to grant a development variance permit to Lots 23 and 24, Block 5, DeL. 464, NWLOD 1897, relaxing the requirements of the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section 905, CS~1 Zone, Subsection (5), Rear Yard Requirements, from 1.5 metres to 0. COMMENTS : This application is to construct an addition onto the rear of the Superior Sign Building. Purpose of the addition is to provide a@ secondary building for the business that meets the Fire Code separation for painting.
