COMMENTS: This application conforms with the overall development contro! plan for the south Pitt River Road nelghbourhood. The development Intentions of the plan for this area are for lots to be developed off cul-de-sacs extending east from Yarmouth. This subdiviston pattern was selected, because of the stream along the Guest Street side of the lots. The zoning requested RS-2 (old RS-1A) was chosen to facliiltate the cul-de-sac arrangement.
