may be made for a- fee per inspection, payable in advance
by the person requesting such Inspection, of

For each septic tank installation, repair or renewal!

For each sewer instailation (sanitary).

For each sewer installation (storm drainage)

For each 30m of piping associated with sanitary sewer
installations or storm drainage sewer installations

for other than single family or duplex dwe!l lings

All of the fixtures in Table 7.4.9.A of the British Columbia Plumbing Code
with the addition of the following are subject to the above fees:

neutralizer double check valve assembly
