BYLAW NO. 2069

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651".

Tne Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam, In open meeting assembled, enacts as
follows:

That certain parcel of tand situated in Port Coquitlam,
British Columbia which is more particutarly aeseribed as
the easterly 2 acres (8093.44 sq.m.) of Lot 2 Shown on a
sunodivision plan of a portion of Oistrict Lot 380, Group
One, New Westminster District prepared by Helge Jacobsen &
Associates, Professional B.C. Lana Surveyors unger file no.
C-84-5234-2 and dated November J6Th, 1984 is hereby rezoned
from RS-1 to CS-1 ana the zoning map is herebdDv amenaed To
reflect This rezoning.

A copy of tne subagivision plan referred to in section
‘attached to this bylaw and made a part hereof,

This Bylaw may be citea for a!}!!i purposes as the "City of
Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment
Bylaw, 1984, No. 2069",
