Roger Avenue and Brown Street. The pumping station will have to be designed to enbble
future development in the area to tie into the sewer system. Once a system has
been designed for the neighbourhood, it is important that development conform to

the design capacity of the system so that upgrading is not required shortly after
its installat‘on. .

While this application is considered appropriate for the area, approval
of the rezoning request is premature. Co-ordination with other major developments
in the area should be undertaken and the design of an overall servicing plan
be created, before approval of’ a new single family residential subdivision can be
granted, . .
