January 22nd,

Alderman Ranger spoke on the need for further information on the
water supply and stated he was still concerned about the supply of
water for the Proposed subdivision. Alderman Ranger stated complete testing
was not possible and advised the developer is paying $2,000.00 for
connection of the 4" waterline to the 12" watermain to allow the City to
conduct a realistic test of the available water flow to his new subdivision.
Discussion then ensued.

His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell advised the meeting the following

proposed Zoning By-law No. 1649 would now be considered.

This property is located at 851 Huber Avenue and is being rezoned

in order to permit the subdivision thereof and it is expected that

elght single family residential lots and one duplex residential lot

will be created following completion of the rezoning procedures.

The City Planner gave a brief explanation of the proposed subdivision.

Alderman Ranger asked that the City Planner give a bricf explanation
of the duplex zone. The City Planner explained that under the new

Zoning By-law there is a Separate zone for duplex use and that each

proposed duplex would have to be applied for under the new RT-1 zone,
