under By-Law # 917, Sec. 3A ~ Fouling a sewer with oil. Trial - Oct. 28/74.

Sewer was cleaned out by A.B.C. Systems and 25 gallons of oil had been allowed to

enter the sewer; this was admitted by Perret.
