Alderman Ranger advised that this was the said proposal that had been’ congid=
ered at a Public Hearing Last year’ and had subsequently been abandoned by
the Council, but that a second Look at the problem had convinced him that,

the recommendtion of ‘the Planaing & Zoning Committee should be carried out. |

be approved and that the necessary Public. Hearing: be held thereon. Carried.
