Yhe MundeLpal Council of The Corporation of the Chey of Port Coquitlam,
fn open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, .~

being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam zoning By-law, 1979, ‘No.
1651". is amended. by removing the Zone Designation of RS-2 assigned to Lots
270 to 276, inclusive, of a Plan of Subdivision in process of Lots 10 and

“*4l,-portions of Lots 12 to 19 (inclusive), Klgck.8, Plan 2137 and the

0.0168 ha.and 0.029) ha portions showe outiined green on the plan attached

> to the “Ryan/Mershall Plan 2137 Road Exc uange By-Law, 1979, No. 1722", all

of District Lot. 255, Group One, New Westininster District, prepared by
Robert M. Reese, B.C.L.S8. of VC. Goudal and Associates, British Coiuabia

Land Surveyors, under Job Number C~2896-79C, and assigning the Zone

Designation of: °
(a) .RS-l: to Lots 270, 272, 273, 274, 275, and 276 thereof; and,

2. A copy of the Plan of Subdivision in process referred to in Section 1
