11,1. Am occupancy inspection is required prior to occupancy fox’

11.1.2. avery exigating building which has . been altered,
added to or partially wrecked or reconstructed)

another is contemplated, or where any change from

major occupancy group which results in sa increase
in the occupant load or fire load or both.

Every building which requiren occupancy ingpection shall
comply with the construction requirements for the major
occupancy group to be located therein,

No person shall occupy a building which requires oacupancy
inspection until a satisfactory inapection has baen completed,

Every applicant for an occupancy inspection anaill provide the
following information prior to occupancy inapection:

11.4.4, certification by che Owner or Ageat or Architect or
Engineer that the building or applicable portion

thereof conforms to the approved plans and
requirements of this Bylaw)

the anticipated date of completions

Classification of the building ag to types of
occupancies)

number of stories of bulidings:!

gross floor area of @ach storey, and allowable live
loads for each floor area}

such other information as may be required to
illustrate the essential features of the budiding.
