"That the Municipal Clerk be authorized to forward
a letter to the Director of Surveys and Resource
Mapping Branch indicating that the District will

maintain the monument network and replace any
destroyed monuments as outlined in the letter of
88-11-17 from the Director, Surveys and Resource

Mapping Branch." :
