Tel lines to the alarm panel at No. 1 Firehail. Carried. From the Deputy City Engineer, April 4th, 1990 regarding Preliminary Subdivision Approvals and §. 993 Municipal Act. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Gates: That Council direct the City Clerk to prepare an amendment to the Subdivision Servicing Bylaw making it a condition of application for a Preliminary Layout Review that the applicant sign an agreement that subsequent changes to any Bylaws under Part 29 of the Municipal Act will have effect until a full and complete subdivision application is made. Carried. From the City Clerk, April 2nd, 1990 regarding Latecomer Charge Waiver Agreement Malibu Terrace Apartments Inc. for 2063/65/71 Coquitlam Avenue. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with Malibu Terrace Apartments Inc. dated the 29th day of March, 1990, BE IT RESOLVED that the works and services described iu the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be installed by the said Malibu Terrace Apartments Inc. in connection with the development of the lands described as: Parcel 1, D.L. 464, Group 1, NWD, Reference Plan 84717 are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall . constitute "excess or extended services” as defined by Section 990 of the Municipal Act. AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the City and to affix the Corporate seal thereto.
