That Council approve in principle an amendment to Schedule "B” of the
Official Community Plan to erase the now obsolete numbers identifying
"Development Stages";

That a Public Information Meeting on 1 to 5 above be held at an early date;
That Council re-affirm notice that rezoning and development of any of the
properties within the study area will require completion and acceptance by
Council of a conceptual master servicing plan for the North East Sector.
