Moved by Alderman Talbot: Seconded by Alderman Keryiuk: That City Council authorize the City Clerk to prepare an amendment to the Pound and Animal Regulation Bylaw, 1970, No. 1020 to control snakes, rats, mice or rodents in the City of Port Coquitlam. Moved by Alderman Farnworth: Seconded by Alderman Gates: That the previous resolution be amended by adding at the end thereof the following phrase: “and to prohibit entirely the keeping of venomous snakes”. Carried.
