THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BY-LAW NO. 1232 :

A By-law to amend the "City of Pert Coquitlam Pound and Aninal
Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 1020".
The Municipal Counci1 of The Corporation of the City of Port _
Coquitlam, in open ‘meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
i. ' Clause (b) of Section 1 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Pound and
| Animal Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 1020" is amended by striking out the word

"Four" and substituting therefore the word "Six",

2. Section 7 of the By-law is amended by striking out the word "four"

and substituting therefore the word "six". .

-3. Clause (b) of Section 25 of the By~law is amended by repealing sub-
| clause (4) as enacted by the “City of Pore Coquitlam Pound and Animal Regula-
tion By-law, 1$70, No. 1020, Amendment By-law, 1972, No. 1175" and substitut—

ing the following:

*€4) Pound fee of $10.00".

4. This By-law may be cited for all purposes asthe "City of Port

Coquitlam Pound and Animal Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 1620, Amendment By-law,
1973, No. 1232".
