That the term of the lease be three (3) years.

That the City Pay monthly hydro bills and insurance,
That the City pay for the necessary building and other permits.
That the Kinsmen be permitted to. make additions to the building in future.

That the City make a committment to take over the facility in some form
of a three (3) year phase in. ,
