DRAFT RESOLUTTON

WHEREAS the Corpordtion of the City of Port Coguitlam operates a
Sanitary Sewer System;

AND WHEREAS the granting of a Statutory Right-of-Way over certain
property owned by The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is
essential to the operation and maintenance of: the said Sanitary Sewer
Syste;

Now therefore be it resolved that the Right-of-Way over Lot MAN,
Block 6, District Lot: 290, Group One, Plan 13637, New Vestminster
District as shown on an Explanatory Plan of Statutory Right-of-Way
prepared by V.C. Goudal, B.C.L.8., and dated August 13th, 1981 be
and the same is hereby approved;

THAT the necessary Statutory Right-of-Way document required be
the City's standard forn;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute
the necessary documents for the purpose aforesaid on behalf of the
City and to affix the City's Corporate.Seal thereto.

NOTE:

This procedure was approved in
principle by the Council on August
10th, 1981 and passage of the above
Resolution will complete the procedure
required.
