February 17th, 1975 Closure By-law, 1975, No. 1357", certain portions of Roads shown dedicated on Registered Plans 1329 and 2289 therein described located in the City of Port Coquitlam in the Province of British Columbia were stopped up and closed to traffic; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam be authorized to petition the Lieutenant-Governor in Council of the Province of British Columbia praying on behalf of the City for abandonment of portions of Roads dedicated by Registered Plans 1329 and 2289 described in By~law No. 1357 and the vesting of the title to the land comprising the same in The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. Carried. From the City Clerk, February 13th, 1975, advising that By-laws Nos. 1360 and 1361 are available for initial consideration - the former establishing new sewer rates that will be in effect from April lst, 1975, - and the latter new water rates that will be in effect from that same date.
